In order to harvest large quantities of spring tea, each tea area needs to make the following four pre-production preparations.
1. Make preparations for maintenance and clean production of tea processing machines in tea factories in advance
Do a good job in tea factory equipment maintenance and processing preparations, organize the tea factory cleaning and equipment maintenance and debugging before starting up in advance, make the tea factory ventilated, clean and orderly, and ensure that the processing facilities start up normally and operate well. At the same time, preparations should be made for clean production of tea, and strict compliance with food production license requirements should be implemented. The entire processing process should standardize operating procedures.
2. Be prepared for prediction and analysis during the mining period
To predict the mining periods of different tea varieties in tea gardens, tea farmers and tea companies can combine local temperature and meteorological forecast data to strengthen on-site observation of the germination of different tea tree varieties in tea gardens. Do a good job in predicting the mining period of various tea garden varieties, especially some early-growing varieties with different picking standards, so that you are well aware of them.
3. Prepare tea pickers and tea harvesters in time
Based on the estimate of tea-picking labor demand, we will make arrangements for the matching of tea-picking workers to ensure that the tea-picking workers can arrive on time, and at the same time, focus on tapping the potential of local tea-picking personnel. Tea farmers and tea companies must do a good job in registering the health status and relevant information of each laborer, and conducting safety protection training before taking up the job.
4. Make timely preparations to prevent the “late spring cold”
Comprehensively pay attention to and grasp the weather forecast during the spring tea harvesting period, and pay attention to tea bud germination and meteorological dynamic information. Relevant local departments need to promptly publicize meteorological conditions, focusing on the protection of tea gardens. In addition, once there is a late spring cold forecast after mining, measures such as the use of tea picking machines to harvest, smoke or spray should be taken to reduce freezing losses before the spring cold and late spring cold come.
