First, the noise is very loud.

Tea packaging machines produce a lot of noise due to the vacuum pump coupling being worn or broken during operation. We just need to replace it. Second, vacuum pump injection.

Since the O-ring of the suction valve is closed and the vacuum pump is ejected, we only need to unplug the vacuum tube at the pump nozzle of the triangular tea bag packaging machine to remove the suction nozzle, remove the pressure spring and suction valve, and gently pull the O-ring several times and reinsert it into the groove. It can be installed again and the rotating blades will also cause fuel injection. We just need to replace the rotating paddle.
