The steaming machine is mainly composed of the following parts.
1 Steam air chamber: The steam generated by the boiler is first sent into the steam chamber by the steam distribution pipe, and then collected into the ejection outlet, and the steam is ejected to the steaming chamber.
2. Steaming leaf chamber: The fresh leaves put into the feed inlet get steam ejected from the steam chamber, so that the fresh leaves undergo the steaming process until they reach the steaming process standard.
3. Metal mesh cylinder: The above steam chamber and steaming chamber are fixed, while the metal mesh cylinder is running, fresh leaves are continuously fed and steam from the steaming chamber is obtained during constant stirring, and steamed to achieve steaming. After the request, they were continuously eliminated.
4. Stirring shaft: The function is to effectively stir the steamed green leaves in the metal mesh cylinder to ensure that the supply of the leaves is not hindered. The steamed leaves are sent out in the order of first-in, first-out, and last-in.
5 .Regulating door: The steaming chamber and the net tube are filled with steam. When it is judged that the degree of steaming heat is excessive or insufficient, the regulating door can be opened and closed appropriately to adjust the steam release or not to ensure the steam of the leaves.
6 .Drive unit: It consists of electric motor, reduction gear, stepless speed change mechanism, etc. The metal mesh cylinder and the stirring shaft rotate at a given speed and a certain transmission ratio.
7. Tilt device: The steam chamber, steaming chamber, and net cylinder are collectively called steaming cylinders. According to the steaming conditions of the steaming leaves, the tilting angle of the steaming cylinders can be adjusted to control the steaming time.
8 .Electric control box: This electric control box starts and stops the host, feeder, and conveyor motor.
9 .Frame: Supporting parts such as steamer, drive, stirring shaft, feeder, etc.
10. Feeding device: Installed on the feeding port, fresh leaves are put into the feeding hopper, and they are loosened by the screw type feeder into the main body of the steaming machine for steaming.
11. Leaf feeder: This auxiliary machine is an inclined scraper belt conveyor for fresh leaf supply and transmission.

Green tea steaming:

3. The method of steaming cyanine: attention should be paid to the performance of the steamer used. The tea cyanine passes through the steaming chamber to adjust the speed properly. At the same time, the nature of the original leaves, that is, the old and tender tea leaves, when passing through the steaming chamber, the speed must be processed slowly, generally the standard of the belt steamer The input amount is 140 grams per square foot, and the temperature is 100.
