How to do black tea withering :

1.Sunshine withered
If you want the sunshine to wither, it needs to have good weather. The strong afternoon sun and rainy weather are not suitable. Usually used in the spring tea season when the climate is relatively mild, the withering degree of this season is easy to control, withering time is about 1 hour.
2. Natural withering indoors
It needs to be carried out in a clean and dry room on all sides, which has high requirements for indoor temperature and humidity. The temperature is preferably 21 ℃ ~ 22 ℃ and the relative humidity is about 70%. The withering time is about 18 hours. Due to the long withering time of this method, the low yield and the difficulty of operation, it is usually rarely used.
3. Withering trough withering
It is composed of 4 parts: hot gas generator, ventilator, tank and leaf frame, and the temperature is generally controlled at about 35 ℃. In summer and autumn, when the temperature exceeds 30 ° C, you can use a blower to blow air without heating. During the withering process, temperature changes should be monitored from time to time. The withering time is 3 to 4 hours, and the spring tea temperature is low, which takes about 5 hours. The withering trough with a simple structure, high working efficiency and good withering quality are the most commonly used methods.
